The lot is about 30 minutes from the town of Barstow, 125 miles from Los Angeles and 175 miles from Las Vegas. It is close to the Barstow-Bakersfield Highway, which runs from Barstow to Santa Margarita near the Pacific Ocean.

There has been a history of groundwater contamination in the area, so the lot is probably more suitable for recreational purposes (camping, ATVing, RV use, etc).
Are there any improvements on the lot? No, the lot is vacant. There are no fences or buildings on the lot.
Are there utility connections to the lot? There are above-ground power lines nearby on Hinkley Road. If you do want to build on the lot, you would likely need a septic system for sewer. Water should probably come from a water hauling service given the history.
What kind of deed will I receive? You will receive a special warranty deed, which means the seller is guaranteeing the property wasn’t encumbered during the time of his/her ownership.
How many people can be included on the deed? You can have as many people listed on the deed as you would like.
Can the deed be made out to an LLC? Yes, the deed can be made out to an LLC or corporation.
